Yuzu Rhubarb Espresso Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2oz Yuzu Super Juice
  • 2 stalks chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2oz espresso 
  • 4oz tonic water
  • ice

Instructions

Step 1
Bring Yuzu Super juice, chopped and rinsed rhubarb stalks, sugar, and water to a boil before setting to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Let the yuzu rhubarb syrup cool while preparing your espresso using freshly roasted beans.
Step 3
Layer yuzu rhubarb syrup, tonic water, and then slowly pour espresso. Mix and enjoy!
