Lime Margarita

Ingredients

Margarita

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz YuzuCo Lime Yuice Super Juice
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • 0.25 oz agave nectar

Salted Lime Air

  • 120 g YuzuCo Lime Yuice Super Juice
  • 70 g water
  • 8 g simple syrup
  • 1 g sea salt
  • 1.1 g soy lecithin

Instructions

Step 1
Add tequila blanco, Lime Yuice Super Juice, orange liqueur, and agave nectar to a shaker.
Step 2
Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, and top with the lime air and lime coin.
Step 3
Combine Lime Yuice Super Juice, water, simple syrup, and sea salt. Stir to dissolve.
Step 4
Add 1.1 g soy lecithin and blend.
Step 5
Aerate with an aquarium bubbler until it foams.
Step 6
Top drink with foam.
