Umeboshi Yuzu Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp red shiso cocktail mixer
  • 1 tsp yuzu 100%
  • 1/4 cup ume liqueur
  • 1/4 cup tonic water
  • garnish with shiso leaf and Ume

Instructions

Step 1
Combine shiso mixer, yuzu, and ume liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake ingredients in shaker.
Step 3
Pour glasses filled with ice until 1/4 full.
Step 4
Top off with tonic water. Make sure to pour tonic water onto the ice so it creates a layered effect.
