A little sweet, a little tart, and a whole lot of yuzu. YUZUCO Yuzu Super Juice and Candied Yuzu Peel come together in this bright, refreshing take on a classic vodka sour.

Yuzu Drop

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz vodka
  • 0.25 oz orange liqueur
  • 0.75 oz YUZUCO Yuzu Super Juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 4 pieces YUZUCO Candied Yuzu Peel
  • Additional candied yuzu peel, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1
Add the vodka, orange liqueur, Yuzu Super Juice, simple syrup, and four pieces of candied yuzu peel to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Gently muddle to express the candied yuzu.
Step 3
Add ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Step 5
Garnish with additional candied yuzu peel on a skewer.
