Yuzu Matcha Mont Blanc

Velvety matcha, finished with a citrusy cloud of yuzu cream ☁️🍋

Ingredients

Matcha

  • 4g matcha
  • 120-150g coconut water
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp sweetener of your choice

Yuzu Cream Top

  • 1.5oz heavy whipping cream
  • 15g sugar
  • 15g YUZUCO 100% yuzu juice

Garnish

  • Lemon zest
  • YUZUCO yuzu juice powder

Instructions

Step 1
Sift matcha into a bowl. Add 30g coconut water and whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Add remaining coconut water and sweeten to taste.
Step 3
In a separate cup, combine cream, sugar, and yuzu juice. Froth until thick but pourable. Adjust sweetness if needed.
Step 4
Fill a glass with ice, pour in matcha, then top with yuzu cream.
Step 5
Garnish with lemon zest and yuzu powder.
