Yuzu Matcha Cocktail

A delicious cocktail inspired by the bright morning beverage. this drink is tart, vegetal with a bit of floral sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 3/4oz simple syrup
  • 1/2oz yuzu super juice
  • 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2oz Yobo shine aperitif,
  • oz vodka
  • 2oz soda water
  • 1.5oz matcha

Instructions

Step 1
Add all of your ingredients except for the matcha and soda water to your glass along with ice. Give that a brief stir.
Step 2
Slowly pour in your soda water then slowly pour in your matcha to get that beautiful layered look.
Step 3
Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
