Ingredients

  • 2oz Kentucky 74 “Bourbon”,
  • ½ oz 100% Yuzu Juice,
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup,
  • 3 Strawberries,
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • Ice,
  • Mint

Instructions

Step 1
In a shaker tin muddle strawberries add “bourbon,” Yuzu Juice, simple syrup, ice and shake to combine.
Step 2
Double strain into collins glass with spear ice or cubes.
Step 3
Top with 3oz ginger beer and lightly lift ice to mix.
Step 4
Garnish with mint sprig and a strawberry.
