Ingredients
2oz Kentucky 74 “Bourbon”
½ oz 100% Yuzu Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
3 Strawberries
3 oz Ginger Beer
Ice
Mint
Instructions

In a shaker tin muddle strawberries add “bourbon,” Yuzu Juice, simple syrup, ice and shake to combine.

Double strain into collins glass with spear ice or cubes.

Top with 3oz ginger beer and lightly lift ice to mix.

Garnish with mint sprig and a strawberry.
