A bright, herbaceous yuzu cocktail made in collaboration with Umami Cart. Refreshing, easy to make and impressive to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1.0oz Yuzu Super Juice (YUZUCO)
  • 2.0oz Gin
  • 2.0oz Green Tea
  • 0.5oz Simple Syrup
  • Shiso
  • Cucumber

Instructions

Step 1
Add shiso and cucumber into a shaking tin and muddle.
Step 2
Add yuzu super juice, gin, simple syrup, green tea and ice.
Step 3
Shake to combine.
Step 4
Double strain into glass with fresh ice.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh shiso leaf and cucumber slice.
