Ingredients
1oz Smith & Cross
- 1oz OFTD Rum
- 1oz Yuzu Super Juice
- .75oz Orgeat
- .5oz Dry Curaçao
- 2 Drops Saline (5:1)
- 1.5oz Whole Milk

Combine all ingredients together except for milk. Give a stir & add cocktail into container with whole milk slowly.

Let sit for about two hours. Room temperature is fine. Strain through damp coffee filter. Wait 30 seconds until milk settles and swap container. The first few drops will be cloudy.

Once fully strained pour over a rocks glass with ice and give it a quick stir. Enjoy!
