Ingredients
Serves 1- 2.5 oz Sake ONO
- 0.25 oz YUZUCO
- 0.5 oz Italicus
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 mint leaves
- club soda
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker tin over ice.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Double strain into a stemmed wine glass.

Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.

Garnish with mint and basil leaves.
