Yuzu Kosho Margarita

A fresh take on a spicy margarita—sudachi and pineapple juice make a bright complex base while salty-spicy yuzu kosho makes everything pop!

Ingredients

  • 2oz tequila
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 1oz pineapple juice
  • 1oz 100% Sudachi Juice
  • 1–2 tsp Yuzu Kosho
  • Ice
  • Lime (Garnish)
  • Pineapple (Garnish)

Instructions

Step 1
Add tequila, simple syrup, pineapple juice, sudachi super juice, and yuzu kosho to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10–15 seconds.
Step 2
Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10–15 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled glass with ice.
Step 4
Garnish with pineapple and lime.
