  • 30ml 100% Yuzu Juice OR
  • 35ml Yuzu Super Juice
  • 35–45ml honey syrup (or simple syrup)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 120–150ml sparkling water
  • Lemon slice (for garnish)
  • Honey Syrup
  • combine equal parts honey and hot water (let cool)

Instructions

In a glass, combine ice, yuzu juice or yuzu super juice, honey syrup, and a pinch of salt.

If using honey instead of syrup, first dissolve equal parts honey and warm water — do not use raw honey directly.

Adjust the amount of syrup to balance sweetness and tartness to your liking.

Top with sparkling water and stir.

Modify the sparkling water quantity depending on how strong you want the drink.

Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
