Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Yuzu juice

  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Agave
  • 1 tsp of @matchaful Hikari Ceremonial
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions

Make matcha shot: Add 1 tsp of matcha into a mug or whisking bowl. Add 2 oz of 180º water. With a bamboo whisk, create zig zag shapes until frothy.

In a shaker, add ice, yuzu juice, lemon juice, and agave. Shake very well.

Add iced yuzu lemonade to a 16 oz cup and top with matcha shot and sparkling water. Enjoy!
