Yuzu Matcha Lemonade

Whip up this bright, tangy, and refreshing beverage (sans any milk) to cool off and revitalize in the peak summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Yuzu juice
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Agave
  • 1 tsp of Ceremonial Matcha
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions

Step 1
Make matcha shot: Add 1 tsp of matcha into a mug or whisking bowl.
Step 2
Add 2 oz of 180º water.
Step 3
With a bamboo whisk, create zig zag shapes until frothy.
Step 4
In a shaker, add ice, yuzu juice, lemon juice, and agave. Shake very well.
Step 5
Add iced yuzu lemonade to a 16 oz cup and top with matcha shot and sparkling water. Enjoy!
