Yuzu Ginger Iced Tea
Simple is usually best. Brewing this with fresh ginger makes all the difference. Easy to batch for dinner parties, pool days or just to keep in the fridge yourself.
Peel and slice the ginger. Add to a saucepan with 4 cups of water.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes to infuse the ginger. The longer you simmer, the stronger the flavor will be.
Step 3
If desired, add ¼ cup of honey, adjusting to taste.
Step 4
Transfer to a glass pitcher and let the ginger-infused water cool to room temperature. Add the Yuzu Super Juice, stir to mix.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (ideally) and serve with ice cubes. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
