Ingredients

  • 1 oz YUZUCO Juice

  • 1 oz Hibiscus Tea

  • 1 oz Gin

  • 1 oz Sake

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz Lo-Fi Amaro (optional)

  • Soda Water to Finish

  • Mint or Basil

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice and shake to combine.

Double strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

Top with Sparkling Water.
