Herby Yuzu Sauce

A quick sauce you can spoon over just about anything. Here it is over perfect little potatoes. Whip this out at your next dinner party.

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • 1lb small yellow potatoes
  • 4 tbsp yuzu super juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 handfuls herbs
  • red pepper flakes
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut your potatoes to the desired size
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook potatoes until soft
Step 3
While the potatoes are cooking, chop your herbs very finely or use a food processor. We used cilantro, parsley, dill, basil and oregano.
Step 4
Mix in herbs, olive oil, and yuzu super juice together and add in grated garlic clove and spices
Step 5
Let your potatoes cool slightly before adding it to the dressing and mixing well. Enjoy!
