Wasabi Yuzu Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp YUZUCO yuzu super juice
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp wasabi
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup neutral oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Pinch of salt

Salad

  • Greens of your choice
  • Handful of mint
  • 1 tsp of shallots
  • 1 tsp of fried onion
  • Few shavings of parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup protein of your choice

Instructions

Step 1
Mix together all dressing ingredients until base is emulsified.
Step 2
Pour over freshly-washed mixed greens.
Step 3
Mix in salad with dressing, toppings (mint, shallots, fried onion, parmesan) and duck prosciutto (protein of your choice).
