Yuzu Tuna Crostini
A whimsical amuse-bouche that's both a feast for the eyes and mouth. Made with a citrus-herb dressing over crème fraîche, tuna, radish, and serrano peppers on toast.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
Step 2
In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, yuzu juice, chopped capers, dill, and a few grinds of black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Slice radish and serrano into rounds. Cut the radish into stars shapes using a small cutter or thinly sliced if preferred.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of crème fraiche onto each toasted baguette slice. Top with a slice of tuna, followed by a radish star and a slice of serrano.
Step 5
Drizzle the yuzu dressing over the crostini. Sprinkle with flaky salt and garnish with additional dill if desired. Serve immediately.
