Sudachi Vinaigrette

A citrus-forward, umami-packed vinaigrette by Victoire Loup, perfect for salads, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp 100% Sudachi Juice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp grated garlic
  • 4 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk sudachi juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
Step 2
Add grated ginger and garlic.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in oil to create an emulsion. Stir in sesame seeds, if using.
