Yuzu Bee's Knees

Whether you’re prepping for a potluck or having some pals over, it’s always nice to make things cohesive. Plus, there’s no better feeling that putting all those ingredients you bought to work instead of in the cupboard. Pair with our Yuzu Baked Brie to take advantage of overlapping ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Gin

  • ½ oz Honey

  • ¾ oz Yuzu Super Juice

Instructions

In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients and stir to fully incorporate the honey.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of flamed rosemary.
