Knowing Justin is a lime kid at heart, I’ve opted for being on team lemon—don’t worry, it won’t be another recipe with nutmeg on top (that’s Justin’s page).

These yuices are designed to be a 1:1 replacement for your juices at home or behind your bar. There is no sacrifice in flavor and I’m honestly so impressed by what they accomplished. The applications for these at home, large scale events, or high volume bars is a game changer.

BROKEN SIGNAL

Pinch of salt
.5oz | 15ml Yellow Chartreuse
.75oz | 22.5ml raspberry syrup
1oz | 30ml @theyuzuco lemon yuice
1oz | 30ml reposado tequila
Club soda, to top

Combine salt, chartreuse, syrup, yuice, and tequila into your shaker tin, add ice, then flash shake. Double strain over ice in a collins glass. Topping with club soda, lifting the ice gently up and down to incorporate the cocktail completely. Garnish with a raspberry.
