Ingredients
2 tbsp YUZUCO Juice
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- optional:1 tbsp Sunny Tahini
Instructions

Whisk together together the yuzu juice, mustard, salt, pepper, honey, and optional tahini.

Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking and continue to whisk until the dressing is emulsified.

You can also combine everything in a mason jar and shake to combine.

If your dressing is too tangy, add more olive oil or tahini to taste.
