Make a small pillow of flour on a plate and add salt and pepper.

Coat your filets in flour and place in a hot oiled pan until golden brown.

Add a pad of miso butter to each filet and baste it over the fish until its just about done cooking.

Add a splash of yuzu juice to each filet, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
