Yuzu Miso-Butter Cod

This easy one pan weeknight recipe proves simple can be very delicious. Rich umami miso butter from Churn pairs beautifully with bright and floral Yuzu.

Ingredients

  • 2x Cod Filets (4-6oz ea),
  • All Purpose Flour,
  • 1-2 tbsp Churn Miso Butter,
  • 1 tbsp 100% Yuzu Juice,
  • Fresh Parsley,
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Step 1
Make a small pillow of flour on a plate and add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Coat your filets in flour and place in a hot oiled pan until golden brown.
Step 3
Add a pad of miso butter to each filet and baste it over the fish until its just about done cooking.
Step 4
Add a splash of yuzu juice to each filet, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
