Ingredients
Matcha Latte
3g Matcha- 6g Sugar
 - 70g Hot Water
 - 0.5 cup of milk
 Yuzu Honey Cream Top
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
 - 0.5 tbsp Yuzu Super Juice
 - 15 g sugar
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions

                Whisk your matcha with hot water and set aside

                Combine cream, sugar, yuzu juice, sugar, honey and salt in a bowl. Use an electric hand mixer (or whisk) until you create the desired consistency.

                Pour matcha into a cup over ice. Add milk and sugar.

                Top with cream and garnish if you're feeling fancy.Enjoy!
