Ingredients
Serves 8-10Cider Stock:
- 2 Cups Apple Cider
- ½ Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 8 sprigs Thyme
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 2 Cracks Black Pepper
- To Serve:
- 2 oz Cider Stock
- 1½ oz Lairds Apple Brandy
- ¾ oz Yuzu Juice (100% or Super)
Instructions

Bring cider stock ingredients to a boil, turn off heat and let steep for 25 minutes.

Strain through fine strainer and place in fridge.

To serve, bring cider stock, brandy and yuzu juice up to a simmer in a covered sauce pot or place in microwave safe container and microwave until warm.

Serve in coffee mug and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs, rosemary or crystalized ginger.
