Ingredients

Serves 8-10
  • Cider Stock:

  • 2 Cups Apple Cider
  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 8 sprigs Thyme
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • 2 Cracks Black Pepper
  • To Serve:
  • 2 oz Cider Stock
  • 1½ oz Lairds Apple Brandy
  • ¾ oz Yuzu Juice (100% or Super)

Instructions

Bring cider stock ingredients to a boil, turn off heat and let steep for 25 minutes.

Strain through fine strainer and place in fridge.

To serve, bring cider stock, brandy and yuzu juice up to a simmer in a covered sauce pot or place in microwave safe container and microwave until warm.

Serve in coffee mug and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs, rosemary or crystalized ginger.
