Ingredients

Serves 6-8
  • <p>1 head lacinto kale
  • 1ea English cucumber
  • 2ea Granny Smith apples
  • 1ea jalapeño
  • 1ea large ginger root
  • </p><p>½ cup sugar
  • </p><p>½ tbsp salt
  • </p><p>¾ cup ice water
  • </p><p>5 ¼ oz Yuzu Super Juice</p>

Instructions

Bring pot of water up to a boil, do not salt.

Strip kale stems away from leaves, wash greens and rough chop.

Chop your cucumber into small chunks and quarter your apples and remove cores.

Remove the jalapeño stem, half and remove the seeds. Peel and slice your ginger.

Add all your ingredients boiling water and remove from heat. Let 45 seconds pass and then scoop everything out and place into ice water to cool down.

Add the blanched fruits and vegetables your blender along with your sugar, salt and ice water.

Blend on high for 1 minute and strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Add your YUZU SUPER JUICE, stir and serve over ice.
