Summer Fruit Plate

Yuzu brings out the sunshine in every bite while a bit of honey smooths any tartness. Try this with any of your favorite fruits!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Yuzu Super Juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small melon
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 plum
  • ½ cup red currants
  • ½ cup cherries
  • Flaky salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and dry all fruits.
Step 2
In a shallow bowl, whisk together yuzu super juice with honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of flaky salt.
Step 3
Remove pits and inedible seeds from all fruits and cut into various shapes and sizes.
Step 4
Gently toss all fruits in yuzu honey mixture and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Arrange fruits on serving platter and drizzle remaining yuzu honey mixture on top.
Step 6
Notes: the acid and honey will draw some of the color from your fruits, gently mixing will ensure not too much color will bleed onto the other fruits. This is super customizable and you can use any of your favorite fruits!
