Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F
Step 2
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal

Brown the butter in a small saucepan and set aside to cool

In a large bowl whisk together flour sugar baking soda and salt

In a medium bowl whisk together mashed bananas brown butter eggs and vanilla

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined

Spoon a layer of plain batter into the center of the prepared pan followed by a spoonful of black sesame paste on top and gently shake the pan to help spread

Repeat alternating between the two batters until all is used and the batter naturally spreads creating a ripple appearance

Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Step 10
In a small bowl combine crème fraîche sudachi juice and lime zest and mix until smooth then refrigerate until ready to serve

Slice and serve with sudachi crème fraîche flakey sea salt and honey
