Candied Yuzu Peel

Our yuzu juice comes from multi-generational farms in historic yuzu growing regions of Japan. These areas of the Shikoku and Kyushu islands have a significant temperature gap between day and night, creating the ideal conditions for quality yuzu.

Hand-picked and meticulously sorted based on quality, our fruit is cold-pressed in a process specifically engineered for yuzu. This ensures that all of the precious essential oils are extracted from the peel and that every drop of juice is saved.

Our partners proudly employ processes that involve the entire fruit and ensure there are no wasted byproducts. Excess peel is kept for yuzu kosho and what remains is used to feed both the soil and the livestock.
