Ingredients
Serves 2-4- 4 capfuls of YUZUCO juice
- 1 tsp of rice vinegar
- 1 capful of mirin
- 1 capful of sesame oil

Pour the mixture over 1-2 cups of freshly cooked rice.

If you’re feeling more ambitious, add Yuzu Super Juice, rice vinegar, neutral oil, salt and sugar to a saucepan and bring together over a low heat. when your rice is finished cooking, pour your mixture over the top and finish with a dash of 100% yuzu juice, mirin and sesame oil.
