Ingredients

Serves 2-3
  • 1 package frozen edamame

  • 1 tbsp YUZUCO Yuzu Juice
  • ½ tbsp flaky sea salt
  • ½ tbsp YUZUCO x Westbourne Yuzu Avocado Oil (or oil of your choice)
  • zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

Add the edamame and boil for 3–5 minutes

Strain, rinse in ice cold water to stop cooking, and set aside to dry

Heat a pan on high and add oil

Sear edamame on each side for 3–5 minutes until lightly charred

Transfer to a bowl and toss with yuzu juice, flaky sea salt, and lemon zest

Serve with extra flaky sea salt if desired
