Ingredients
Serves 2-31 package frozen edamame
- 1 tbsp YUZUCO Yuzu Juice
- ½ tbsp flaky sea salt
- ½ tbsp YUZUCO x Westbourne Yuzu Avocado Oil (or oil of your choice)
- zest of 1 lemon
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

Add the edamame and boil for 3–5 minutes

Strain, rinse in ice cold water to stop cooking, and set aside to dry

Heat a pan on high and add oil

Sear edamame on each side for 3–5 minutes until lightly charred

Transfer to a bowl and toss with yuzu juice, flaky sea salt, and lemon zest
7
Serve with extra flaky sea salt if desired
