Ingredients

Serves 1
  • 1 oz Yuzuco 100% Yuzu Juice
  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • juice of ½ lime
  • pinch of pink salt
  • splash of Fever Tree
  • drizzle of westbourne avocado oil

Instructions

Step 1
Add mezcal, yuzu juice, lime juice, and pink salt to a shaker with ice
Step 2
Shake well until chilled
Step 3
Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice
Step 4
Top with a splash of Fever Tree
Step 5
Drizzle with west~bourne avocado oil
Step 6
Garnish with a lime wheel or yuzu peel, if desired
