Ingredients
Serves 2-3- <p data-start="632" data-end="787"><strong data-start="653" data-end="680">For the Steak Marinade:</strong><br>1lb steak of choice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper</p><p data-start="789" data-end="1062"><strong data-start="789" data-end="826">For Nam Jim Jaew (Dipping Sauce):</strong><br>1 tbsp Yuzuco 100% Yuzu Juice
- 1 tsp toasted rice powder
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp palm or white sugar
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp chili flakes or Thai chili powder
- 1 tsp finely diced shallots
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro</p>
Instructions

Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, and ground black pepper in a bowl

Coat the steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes

Toast rice in a dry pan over high heat until golden brown, then grind with mortar & pestle or spice grinder to make toasted rice powder

In a bowl, stir together Yuzuco 100% Yuzu Juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, tamarind paste, toasted rice powder, chili flakes, shallots, and cilantro to make Nam Jim Jaew

Grill steak to desired doneness, slice, and serve with the dipping sauce
