YUZU LILLET MARTINI
A quick classy cocktail by @aesthetic_mixologist (video link). Yuzu, Lillet and Gin come together for a perfect trifecta of tart, foral and herbal notes.
| ¾ oz | YUZU SUPER JUICE |
| Splash | 100% YUZU JUICE |
| 1 oz | Lillet |
| 1½ oz | Gin |
Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and add large ice
shake until chilled - 15-20 seconds
Strain into a chilled glass
Express a lemon peel over and garnish
