Ingredients
½ cup mayo
- ½ tbsp whole grain mustard
- ¼ cup diced pickles
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp YUZUCO yuzu juice
- 1–2 tsp capers
- 1 tbsp dill
- Mirin (optional)
- Lemon zest
Instructions

Finely dice your pickles and add to a bowl. You can use bread and butter pickles if you prefer a sweeter tartar sauce.

Finely chop your dill and add to the bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.

Adjust the consistency by adding yuzu juice or mirin and adjust sweetness with sugar.

Serve with beer battered cod or your choice of seafood.
