YUZU VINAIGRETTE

Your go-to vinaigrette, but better. Add Sunny Tahini for ultimate smoothness. Goes great on anything green but don't stop there. Add to roasted veggies, a nice piece of salmon, or serve with the crudite. 
 
2 tbsp YUZUCO Juice
cup
Olive Oil
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp
Black Pepper
1 tbsp Sunny Tahini

 

Whisk together together the yuzu juice, mustard, salt, pepper, honey, and tahini. 

Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking and continue to whisk until the dressing is emulsified. You can also combine everything in a mason jar and shake to combine.

If your dressing is too tangy, add more olive oil or tahini to taste.
