YUZU SPRITZ

A refreshing, California-forward spritz served at Botanica in Silver Lake

1½ oz	Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz	YUZU SUPER JUICE
½ oz	Agave, Honey or Simple Syrup
	Mint
	Sparkling Water

Pour the first three ingredients over ice in a tall collins glass
Stir well
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with mint and serve
