A refreshing, California-forward spritz served at Botanica in Silver Lake

1½ oz | Grapefruit Juice |
¾ oz | YUZU SUPER JUICE |
½ oz
|
Agave, Honey or Simple Syrup |
Mint | |
Sparkling Water |
Pour the first three ingredients over ice in a tall collins glass
Stir well
Top with sparkling water
Garnish with mint and serve
