

YUZU PONZU SOUR
Inspired by the flavors of Japanese ponzu sauce, we’ve combined the salty umami of light soy sauce with the delicate, floral notes of Japanese yuzu in this mega tasty and crushable sour build. This recipe is designed to be a clean canvas for the aromatic yuzu to shine but it’s also a spring board for more interesting flavor pairings and additions. (VIDEO)

1½ oz | Gin |
¾ oz | Simple Syrup |
¾ oz

YUZU SUPER JUICE |
¾ oz | Aquafaba (or 1 egg white) |
1 dash | Soy Sauce |
Black Sesame | |
Soy Sauce (for garnish) |
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain back into the shaker tin and discard ice.
Dry shake to get everything super frothy and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with black sesame seeds and soy sauce.
Try infusing gin with kombu, or wakame.
