Bicycle Thief
A yuzu-riff on the crushable drink out of Dutch Kills bar in Long Island City by Lance Wong AKA Moresavorygoods
| 1 oz | Campari |
| 1 oz | Gin |
| ½ oz | YUZUCO JUICE (100% or Super Juice) |
| 1½ oz | Grapefruit Juice |
| ½ oz | Simple Syrup |
| Soda to Finish |
Add all ingredients except soda into a shaking tin
Shake to combine
Double strain into a highball glass with ice
Add soda to top
Garnish with grapefruit wheel
