An equal parts drink perfect for sipping outdoors
| 1 oz | Yuzu Juice |
| 1 oz | Hibiscus Tea |
| 1 oz | Gin |
| 1 oz | Sake |
| 1 oz | Simple Syrup |
| 1 oz | Lo-Fi Amaro (optional) |
| Soda Water to Finish | |
| Mint or Basil |
Add all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice
Shake to combine
Double strain into a highball glass with ice
Top with Sparkling Water
Garnish with fresh herbs
